We've been busy again! As our users' needs change, we make sure to deliver solutions to make their lives easier. Today, we're releasing three new features to do just that. Read on to learn more!
Archived groups
When your school term is over, you may want to remove that term's groups from Linguatorium to avoid confusion with any future classes. At the same time, you may want to keep the "old" groups in the system in case you want to view historical data or allow continuing students to keep practicing their previous vocabulary in Linguatorium Lexis.

To help with this, we have implemented a new feature that allows instructors to archive their groups instead of deleting them. Students will no longer have access to materials and assignments from the archived group, but instructors and administrators can go back to the group archive and view historical data. Also, for those students who remain enrolled in Linguatorium Lexis, archived groups' assignments will occasionally be used to generate exercises that foster long-term vocabulary retention.
Log in with Microsoft
With a growing number of educational institutions adopting Microsoft Outlook as their primary email system, Linguatorium now offers a single-sign-on (SSO) experience for both Gmail and Outlook users. This makes the login experience even simpler for Linguatorium users by matching up with their institution's preferred login flow.
Pay with Venmo
In the past, payment methods for individual students have been limited to major credit cards and PayPal. Now, we've added Venmo as another payment option, making it even easier for students to access their Linguatorium tools. (This payment option is only available on mobile devices and requires the Venmo app to be installed.)

We hope you find these new features beneficial! We'd love to hear any feedback that you may have at [email protected]. Have a great rest of your week!
